Free Vinted bot. Know the moment your search gets something new.

Vinted doesn't tell you when your saved search gets something new. vinted-bot does: it watches your searches and sends each new listing to Discord, Telegram or your phone, with the price you'd actually pay. Open source, and it runs on your own computer.

Independent and open source. Not affiliated with Vinted.

Windows, Mac, Linux, Raspberry Pi, Docker or a NAS.

  • No ads, no tracking in the app
A demo of the dashboard: new Vinted listings appear at the top of the grid, and a notification arrives for each one.

Set it up once, then get on with your day

You keep searching on Vinted the way you already do. vinted-bot keeps looking after you've closed the app.

  1. First

    Paste a search from Vinted

Search on Vinted with your sizes, brands and price, then copy the link into the dashboard. Or build the search right there, with Vinted's own categories and brands.

  2. Then

    Pick where alerts go

Discord, Telegram, a push on your phone, email, or one of a hundred other apps. Send a test first, so you know it arrives.

  3. From then on

    Hear about new listings

It checks each search every minute and only sends what wasn't there before. The first check stays quiet, so you don't get a flood of old listings.

Free, compared with paid Vinted bots

Paid Vinted bots cost €5 to €30 a month, and the ones that buy for you go up to €300. This one is free. Here's an honest comparison.

Where paid bots win: there's nothing to install, and they keep running when your computer is off. If that matters more to you than the price, they're a fair choice.

Alerts you can decide on in a glance

The price you'd pay comes first, buyer protection included. A badge says when it's clearly cheaper than usual for that search. Buttons take you straight to buying, messaging the seller or the listing.

It tells you when it stops working

Most alert tools fail silently. You find out a week later, when you notice it's been quiet. vinted-bot checks its own work and tells you, per search and in plain words, when something's wrong and what it's doing about it.

A quiet search at night is normal. A search showing the same listings for three hours isn't, and you'll hear about it.

Everything you need, nothing that needs your login

It does everything except buy or message for you. Those need your Vinted account, and that's where account bans come from.

  • The price you'd actually pay

Set a maximum of €35 and it means €35 with buyer protection included. Vinted's own price filter ignores the fee.

  • Tells you when it stops working

Each search shows whether it's watching, quiet, stuck or blocked, and you get a message when one needs a look.

  • No account, nothing to ban

It reads public listings anonymously and never asks for your Vinted login. There's no account for Vinted to restrict.

  • Deal badges

It learns the typical price for each search and flags listings that are clearly under it. Send only those if you like.

  • Filters Vinted doesn't have

Words a title must include, with "this or that". Words to skip, like "for parts" or "box only". Regular expressions, if that's your thing.

  • Seller filters and a blocklist

Minimum rating and reviews, which countries sellers ship from, and a block button for the seller who tags every listing with your search.

  • Quiet hours

Overnight alerts wait for the morning, arrive without a sound, or get skipped. Your choice, per search.

  • Price drops and sold

Watch a listing and hear when its price drops or it sells. Watch a seller and hear when they upload something new.

  • Every Vinted country

All 27 country sites, from vinted.fr to vinted.co.uk. One search can cover several countries at once.

  • Alerts where you already are

Discord, Telegram, ntfy on your phone, email, and 100 more through Apprise. Each search picks its own places.

  • A dashboard with a live feed

Every find in a photo grid that updates as listings arrive, with a sound if you want one. Save, hide or block from there.

  • "Why wasn't this sent?"

Every listing a search skipped is kept for a while, with the reason: over your price, a skipped word, a low-rated seller.

A dashboard worth opening

Everything happens in your browser at localhost:8000. No config files, no terminal after the install.

The Finds page: a panel listing seven searches with their status, then a photo grid of listings, each with its price including fees, seller rating, the search it came from and how long ago it was listed. Some carry a New badge and a percentage under the typical price.

Everything your searches found, newest first. New ones slide in while the page is open.

Install it in a few minutes

One command installs it, starts it and opens the dashboard. No admin rights, no Docker, nothing outside your own user folder. Run the same command again to update.

  1. Open PowerShell: click Start, type PowerShell and press Enter.

  2. Paste this and press Enter:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -c "irm https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jasp-nerd/vinted-bot/main/install.ps1 | iex"
  3. It asks whether to start by itself when you sign in. Say yes, unless you'd rather start it yourself.

  4. Your browser opens the dashboard at http://localhost:8000. The app runs in the background, with no window to keep open.

Keep the PC awake while it's plugged in: Settings, System, Power, and set sleep to Never.

Update or remove it

To update, run the same command again. To remove it (your searches are kept):

powershell -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -c '$env:VINTED_BOT_UNINSTALL=1; irm ' ~ repo_raw ~ '/install.ps1 | iex'

It sends alerts while that computer is on

A laptop that sleeps sends nothing while it sleeps. Your phone only receives the alerts. For alerts around the clock, use a Raspberry Pi, a NAS, or an old laptop left plugged in.

Like to read a script before running it? Here's install.sh and install.ps1, or the source on GitHub.

Let an AI walk you through it

Never used a terminal? Paste this into Claude or ChatGPT. It reads the setup guide and takes you through it one small step at a time.

Please help me install and set up vinted-bot, a free open-source app that watches my Vinted searches and sends me a message on Discord or Telegram when a new listing matches.

First read its setup guide: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jasp-nerd/vinted-bot/main/llms.txt
If you can't open links, tell me and I'll paste it in.

How I'd like you to help:
- I'm not technical. Start by asking what computer I have and whether it stays switched on.
- Give me one small step at a time. Tell me exactly where to click or what to paste, and what I should see afterwards. Wait for me to say it worked before the next step.
- Only use the commands from the guide. Don't invent commands or settings.
- Never ask me to paste my Discord webhook link, Telegram token or any password into this chat. Tell me where to put them in the app instead.
- If something goes wrong, ask me for the exact error message, then help using the troubleshooting part of the guide.

Once it's installed, help me add my first Vinted search and check that a test alert arrives.

The app never needs your Discord link or Telegram token in a chat. If an assistant asks for them, don't paste them.

Questions people ask

Something else? Ask on GitHub.

Is it really free?

Yes, and it stays that way. It's open source under the MIT licence, with no paid tier, no subscription, no trial, no account and no ads. It runs on your own computer, so there's no server for anyone to pay for, and nothing to upsell you to.

Paid Vinted bots charge €5 to €30 a month for alerts, and up to €300 for autobuy. If you'd rather not keep a computer on, a small rented server costs a few euros a month. That goes to the host, not to this project.

Will Vinted ban me?

Your account, no: there isn't one involved. vinted-bot reads public listings anonymously. It never logs in and never asks for your Vinted details, so there's no account for Vinted to restrict.

What Vinted can do is stop answering your internet connection (your IP address) for a while if it sees too many requests. That's temporary. The defaults are one check a minute per search, and vinted-bot slows down by itself when Vinted asks it to.

Do I need to leave my computer on?

Yes. Alerts only arrive while the computer running it is on, awake and online. A laptop that sleeps sends nothing while asleep. The Mac installer can keep a plugged-in Mac awake for you.

For alerts around the clock, run it on a Raspberry Pi, a NAS or an old laptop left plugged in. Your phone just receives the alerts.

Why isn't it instant?

Vinted shows new listings in its search a few minutes after they're posted, so every tool, paid or free, sees them a little late. vinted-bot checks every minute by default and usually alerts you within a few minutes of a listing going up.

That's fast enough for collectors, size hunters and most bargains. If you're racing autobuy bots for underpriced consoles, no alert will win that, and we'd rather say so.

Is it legal? Is it allowed?

Vinted's terms prohibit automated access. That's a contract between you and Vinted, not a law: breaking it isn't a crime, but it gives Vinted grounds to stop serving you. In the EU, reading publicly available pages isn't in itself unlawful.

This tool reads public listings anonymously, at an unhurried pace, and never buys, lists or messages for you. Running it is your call. If Vinted asks you to stop, stop. More in the notes on rules and risks. Not legal advice.

Can it buy things or message sellers for me?

No, and it won't. Buying needs a logged-in Vinted account, and that's where account restrictions come from. Each alert has a Buy button; you tap it yourself.

What happens to my data?

It stays in a file on your computer. vinted-bot stores only what an alert needs and deletes listings after 30 days. It sends nothing anywhere except the alerts you set up, plus a daily check for new versions that you can turn off. This website sets no cookies either.

Which countries does it work in?

All 27 Vinted country sites, including vinted.fr, .de, .nl, .be, .es, .it, .pl and .co.uk. Prices are shown in the site's own currency, and alerts use the site's language for their few fixed words.
